Reporting to the Powder Production Supervisor, you’ll help operate Powder manufacturing to meet production targets, ensure quality checks, maintain cleanliness, and complete documentation. As 2IC, you’ll oversee safety and production in the supervisor’s absence. Dairy or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include operating and monitoring the UHT standardising and sterilising process and/or the UHT filling equipment to meet planned milk volumes in accordance with the production plan.
